Terms of Use for Digital Art CommissionsBy commissioning art from me, you agree to the following terms:1. All commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.2. You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own or modify it without my permission.3. Payment is due in full before any work is started on the commission, unless prior payment options have been discussed. This payment is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your commission before work begins, I will refund your payment in full. However, once I have started working on your commission, I cannot offer a refund.4. The turnaround time for commissions varies depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I am a full time art student, as well as struggle with a number of chronic illnesses. I will provide you with an estimated timeline upon request for your commission after discussing the details with you, and will do my best to make any hard deadlines that are set in advance. MY CURRENT TURNAROUND: 4-6 WEEKS.5. I will provide you with updates and progress shots throughout the commission process. Please feel free to provide feedback and make any necessary changes to the artwork by the initial sketch phase, and any color changes by the coloring phase. Any significant changes past this point may be subject to an additional revision fee.6. I retain the right to use commissioned artwork in my portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would prefer that I do not use your commission for promotional purposes, please let me know and we can make arrangements accordingly.7. If you wish to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes you must discuss with me your requirements and we will need to negotiate a separate agreement.8. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, including but not limited to the subject matter of the commission, my current workload, etc.Thank you for considering me for your future project!
